“As of 4:45p on 5/29/2020 – Warm Springs Health and Wellness Center has sent in or tested 502 Total Tests, 377 Total Negative, 100 Test Pending, 22 Positive Cases, 3 Total Invalid, 17 recovered. Note – the STATE lab is taking 24-48 hours for results Our testing capability currently stands at 140 STATE and 500 ABBOTT test kits. We continue to do random surveillance testing of our high-risk community members. I wanted to point out that we have a few more community members in the Recovered category tonight.” Hyllis Dauphinais, Sr., CEO Warm Springs Health and Wellness Center

Due to the several new cases reported yesterday “….we had anticipated an uptick in the number of patients who would be arriving for testing.” Reported CEO Dauphinais also that the ICS team “…completed over 20 tests by 9:15 a and a total of 110 tests by the end of the day.” The Public Health Nursing team is to be thanked again, they are “…doing an outstanding job working with our community members who test positive and those named as contacts to ensure we can test find others who may need to be quarantined to keep the community safe and slow the spread.”

CEO Dauphinais has great instructions for this weekend: “Please continue to be mindful of social distancing, face covering and hand hygiene when you are in the community (public places). Have a nice weekend and please Stay Home, Save Lives and if you need of essential supplies, send one family member in to the store. Limit contact from individuals traveling into hot zones (high number of known positive cases).

STAY HOME STAY SAFE
