In dealing with stress during this time of Covid-19 the Center for Disease Control says: “It is natural to feel stress, anxiety, grief, and worry during and after a disaster. Everyone reacts differently, and you own feelings will change over time. Notice and accept how you feel. Taking care of your emotional health during an emergency will help you think clearly and react to the urgent needs to protect yourself and your family. Self-care during an emergency will help your long-term healing.” Please talk with you Doctor/provider about getting vaccinated for Covid-19. If you decide to get the vaccine, ask what to do next? Follow instructions of health staff and understand you still need to mask up, social distance, wash hands often, avoid gatherings, and of course, take the second shot.

Your vaccination will help health professionals manage the spread of disease in our Warm Springs Community.
