Phones: 541-553-3540/541-777-1359 “As of 10:03 am, 4/28/2021 – Warm Springs Health and Wellness Center has sent in or tested 10453 Total Tests, 9680 Total Negative, 0 Test Pending, 735 Total Positive Cases, 30 Total Invalid, 82 Hospitalized, 82 Discharged, 22 Deaths, 91 Positive test from outside facilities, 826 Total. (Overall Positivity: 7.03%) 4/27– a total of 47 tested, 2 new positive, (4.26% positivity for day; 1.33% for Month), 1 Current Hospitalization, 1 on ventilator, 0 positives reported by Outside Facility, 0 death reported. St. Charles hospitals at 91.55% occupancy and ICS at 83.33%. There are currently 9 persons with active COVID-19 receiving daily monitoring by Tribal and HIS staff and 19 close contacts receiving daily monitoring by IHS staff.
